Sage Group appoints Inna Kuznetsova to Board as Non-executive Director

– UK – The Sage Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Inna Kuznetsova to its Board as a Non-executive Director with effect from 6 March 2014.  Inna will join the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.

Inna is Chief Commercial Officer at CEVA Logistics, which she joined in 2012.  Prior to joining CEVA, Inna spent 19 years at IBM where she held a number of different roles focusing on building and running strong organisations in sales, business development and marketing.

Commenting on the appointment, Donald Brydon, Chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Inna to the Sage Board.  Her extensive experience in technology and sales and marketing, combined with her perspectives as a US based executive in global organisations, complements and strengthens the Board and will help drive the continued development of Sage.”
