Russ Ruppert has been a pioneer in the executive search profession for more than 50 years. He served as Chairman of RSR Partners, which he founded in 1993, for nearly 30 years. He previously served as CEO and Chairman of his eponymous firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, which he founded in 1969.

Todd Ruppert has been a member of RSR Partners’ Advisory Board for many years.
