– UK, London – RS Group PLC (LON: RS1) announced the appointment of Miles Roberts to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 March 2025.
Miles Roberts will also join the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
About Miles Roberts
Miles Roberts joins RS with extensive financial and operational skills and has a strong focus on strategy, risk, and sustainability. He was the Group Chief Executive of DS Smith Plc until the company was taken over by International Paper in January 2025. He is acting as an advisor to DS Smith Limited and International Paper after that takeover.
Miles Roberts is also a non-executive director of Land Securities Group PLC, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. He was previously Chief Executive of McBride plc, having originally joined as its Group Finance Director. He began his career in engineering and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
