– UK, London – RS Group PLC (LON: RS1) announced the appointment of Carole Cran as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2024.
Carole will also join the Audit Committee.
About Carole Cran
Carole Cran joins RS with extensive financial experience and has a strong focus on governance and risk. She is currently CCO and Finance Officer at Forth Ports Limited and is a non-executive director of Halma plc, where she is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She was CFO of Aggreko plc until December 2017, before which she held several senior finance roles within that group and has also held senior financial positions at BAE Systems plc. She commenced her career in the audit division of KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
