RPM International appoints Beth Whited to its Board of Directors

– USA, OH –  RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM) today announced the election of Beth Whited to its board of directors, effective October 22, 2021.

“Beth is a respected leader and well-rounded executive with extensive background in management, marketing, investor relations, finance, strategic planning and ESG initiatives. Her depth of experience, innovative ideas and fresh perspective will be impactful for RPM’s growth and provide value for our stockholders,” said Chairman and CEO, Frank Sullivan.

She will join the compensation committee.
