– GUERNSEY, St. Peter Port – Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited (LON: RHM) today announced the appointment of Audrey McNair to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 20 July 2022, bringing extensive knowledge of regulatory, governance, and investment management processes and products to the Board.

She has a wealth of financial services experience and brings extensive knowledge of the investment company sector having served on a number of investment company boards as a non-executive director. Audrey McNair worked at Aberdeen Asset Management plc, starting as Head of Internal Audit and becoming Global Head of Business Risk and as responsible for the group’s risk management framework and internal capital adequacy assessment.
Currently, Audrey McNair is a non-executive director of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc.
