– UK, London – Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC (LON: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise spend intelligence platform, announced the appointment of Dr. John Chessher to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, to replace Ginny Warr who will step down from the Board on 31 March 2025.

About Dr. John Chessher
Dr. John Chessher has 30 years of investment industry experience and has held CEO and director-level positions at leading asset management and investment banking firms. He has most notably previously acted as CEO of Cenkos Securities Asia and as Head of Asia Pacific Research at Schroder Investment Management.
Dr. John Chessher is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sunda Energy plc, an AIM-listed exploration and appraisal company focussed on gas assets in Southeast Asia.
Dr. John Chessher is a CFA charter-holder, holds an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University, and has DBA, MSc, and MBA qualifications from Henley Business School.
