– ROMANIA, Medias – S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. (LSE:SNGR), Board of Directors, adjourned in the meeting of June 7, 2017, has elected Mr. Gheorghe Gheorghe – Gabriel as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In the same meeting, the Board of Directors approved the renewal of the Director General Contract of mandate for a period of 4 years.
