Rolls-Royce appoints Stuart Bradie to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Rolls-Royce Holdings (LON: RR | ADR: RYCEY) today announced the appointment of Stuart Bradie to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective on 11 May 2023.

Stuart Bradie will also join the Nominations, Culture & Governance Committee, and the Safety, Energy & Tech Committee.

The Company also announced that Non-Executive Director  Sir Kevin Smith will step down from the Board.

About Stuart Bradie

Stuart Bradie is currently CEO of KBR, the US-listed engineering and technical government services company. An engineer at heart, he has over 25 years of experience leading global, technically oriented businesses and has strong project management credentials.
