Roku adds Jeff Blackburn to its Board of Directors

– USA, CA –  Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU) today announced the election of Jeff Blackburn to its Board of Directors at the AGM.

About Jeff Blackburn

Jeff Blackburn served as SVP of Global Media & Entertainment at Amazon from May 2021 to February 2023, where he was responsible for content businesses including Prime Video, Amazon Studios, MGM, Music, Audible, Games, and Twitch. Before that, he was SVP of Worldwide Business Development, Advertising, and Entertainment at Amazon from 2012 to 2020.

Before joining Amazon, Jeff Blackburn was an investment banker, holding positions at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
