Rockwood Realisation welcomes Noel Lamb to its Board of Directors as Independent Chairman

– UK, London –  Rockwood Realisation plc (LON: RKW) today announced the appointment of Noel Lamb to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect, replacing Simon Pyper, who has been interim Chairman and will remain as a Non-Executive Director.

About Noel Lamb

Noel Lamb has over 30 years of experience in the asset management industry. His career started at Lazard Brothers in private clients and then UK stock selection before going on to be Managing Director of Lazard Japan Asset Management, based in Tokyo, from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Lamb then established the investment management capability for Russell in London, where assets under management rose to $15bn in five years. He was subsequently CIO for Russell Investments in North America from 2002-2009, with responsibility for performance in North American equity, global equity, global bonds, real estate, and hedge funds, with AUM growing to $150bn over this period. He is currently chairman of Atlantis Japan Growth Trust and a Director of Guinness Asset Management Funds PLC, an Irish umbrella open-ended investment company.

Mr. Lamb graduated from Exeter College, Oxford, and is a qualified Barrister-at-law.
