– CANADA, Lethbridge – Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. (CSE:RZX, FRA:R0X) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Nathan Hansen as a Director of the Corporation. Mr. Joshua MacNevin has been appointed to the Board of Directors to serve until the next Annual General Meeting of the Corporation.
The resignation and appointment will take effect immediately.
Mr. MacNevin has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Providence College in Providence Rhode Island, and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants program. He played 15 years professional hockey throughout US and Europe. The Corporation welcomes Josh to the Board of Directors of Robix.
The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Hansen for his years of service and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
