– GUERNSEY, St Peter Port – River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited (LON: RMMC) announced the appointment of Serena Tremlett to its Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
About Serena Tremlett
Serena Tremlett is a Guernsey-based company director and consultant with over 25 years of experience in funds, listed companies, and company secretarial, and regulatory matters.
Serena Tremlett was a co-founder and managing director of Morgan Sharpe Administration Limited, a Guernsey fund and corporate services administrator which was established in April 2008 and then sold to Estera Group in 2017. Morgan Sharpe’s clients included listed companies and some of the biggest names in private equity and real estate.
Before Morgan Sharpe, Serena Tremlett was managing director of Assura Group’s Guernsey office and company secretary to what was a FTSE 250 listed company at that time from 2006 to 2008. From 1996 to 2006, she developed her fund’s career at Mourant (Guernsey) Limited and Guernsey International Fund Managers Limited.
Serena Tremlett holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction and is currently studying for a Global MBA with the University of London.
