Vikas is Managing Director of Group Finance at Intermediate Capital Group PLC, an FTSE 100 Asset Manager. He is a qualified chartered accountant and previously held positions at Barclays, UBS, and KPMG. He is also a Trustee and Treasurer of the Pepal Foundation, a charity focused on bringing together NGOs and global corporations to develop leaders and find practical solutions to challenging social issues.
About Cecilia McAnulty
Cecilia is currently a non-executive director of Northern 2 VCT plc and Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc and she chairs the Audit Committees for both of these companies. She is a qualified chartered accountant and has held several senior investment roles for banks and hedge funds. Cecilia is also a member of the Industrial Development Advisory Board of the UK government’s Department of Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy.
