– UK, London – Restore plc (LON: RST), the UK’s leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services, today announced the appointment of Jamie Hopkins as Non-Executive Chair effective immediately, succeeding Sharon Baylay-Bell who is standing down from the Board.
Jamie Hopkins joined the Board of Restore in 2020 and served as Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair prior to assuming an interim executive role in July this year.
