– UK, Wotton-under-Edge – Renishaw plc (LON: RSW), the global provider of manufacturing technologies, analytical instruments, and medical devices, announced the appointment of Richard McMurtry to its Board as an additional Non-Executive Director effective from 1 July 2024.
Concurrently, the company also announced the appointment of Senior Independent Director Sir David Grant as Interim Non-Executive Chairman to replace Sir David McMurtry who will step down as Executive Chairman but remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
