– UK, London – RELX PLC (LON: REL) announced the appointment of Andy Halford to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the 2025 AGM on 24 April 2025.
The Company also announced the retirement of Robert MacLeod from the Board.
About Andy Halford
Andy Halford is CFO of Aareal Bank, a leading international specialist property bank. Before joining Aareal Bank, he was CFO of Standard Chartered Plc from 2014 to 2024, and CFO of Vodafone Group Plc from 2005 to 2014.
Andy Halford also served as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Marks and Spencer Group plc from 2013 to 2022 and was appointed as Senior Independent Director of that board in 2018.
Andy Halford qualified as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse LLP and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University.
