– USA, WI – Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX) today announced the appointment of Mike Doss to its Board of Directors, increasing the board to eleven members.

Mike Doss has served as President and CEO of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a $9.4 billion public company that is a leader in the design and manufacturing of packaging for consumer products, since 2015. Before that role, Mr. Doss held positions of increasing complexity with Graphic Packaging from 1990 to 2015, including COO (2013-2015), EVP, Commercial Operations (2012-2013), SVP, Consumer Packaging (2008-2012), SVP, Food, and Consumer Products Packaging (2006-2008), VP, Operations, Universal Packaging (2003-2006), Director Web Systems, Universal Packaging (2000-2003), and Plant Manager (1990-2000).
