Redfin welcomes Brad Singer to its Board of Directors

– USA, WA –  Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN), the technology-powered real estate brokerage, today announced the appointment of Brad Singer to its board of directors, bringing decades of business, finance and investment experience as a former partner and COO of ValueAct Capital.

The company also announced that long-time board member Bob Mylod will step away to focus on other professional commitments, having served on the board for eight years.

Prior to ValueAct Capital, Brad Singer was the senior EVP and CFO at Discovery Communications and CFO and treasurer at American Tower. Before that, he was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Singer has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
