– UK, Darlington – Redde Northgate plc (LON: REDD), today announced the appointment of Bindi Karia to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Bindi Karia will also join the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee.
The company also announced that John Davie is stepping down from the Board today.
