Redde Northgate appoints Bindi Karia to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Darlington –  Redde Northgate plc (LON: REDD), today announced the appointment of Bindi Karia to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Bindi brings deep experience in technology and innovation having held senior board, investment and advisory roles across the technology ecosystem in Europe, which will be of great benefit to the Group as we continue to focus, drive and broaden our business, invest in digitalisation and enhance our mobility solutions platform,” said Board Chairman, Avril Palmer-Baunack.

Bindi Karia will also join the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee.

The company also announced that John Davie is stepping down from the Board today.
