– UK, Harrogate – Redcentric plc (LON: RCN) announced the intended appointment of Richard McGuire to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman effective on 27 September 2024, succeeding Nick Bate who will not stand for re-appointment.
The company also announced its intention to appoint John Radziwill to its Board as a non-executive director. Representative of ND Capital Investments Limited, one of the Company’s largest investors, subject to completion of the standard due diligence process.

Richard McGuire is an experienced chairman and non-executive director, having held directorships in a portfolio of companies across the technology, financial, real estate, and leisure/gaming sectors.
