Effectively immediately, Michael Gorton, CEO, Recuro Health, and Dr. William Paiva (Ph.D.), chairman of the BOD, will continue to serve, with an expanded Board.
The four new board members are:
- Tracy Chadwell, founding partner of 1843 Capital, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage technology companies.
- Kris Engskov, Co-Founder and CEO, Health-tech start-up currently in stealth mode, focused on building next-gen home health care delivery; former President U.S., Starbucks Coffee Company.
- Philip Fasano, CEO. Bay Advisors LLC, a strategic advisory firm located in the Washington, DC area and operating nationally.
- Bob Zollars, strategic advisor, Frazier Healthcare Partners, a leading provider of growth and venture capital to healthcare companies.
