– UK, London – Real Good Food plc (LON: RGD), the food manufacturing business specializing in cake decoration, today announced the appointment of Andy Richardson to its Board as a non-executive director effective from January 2023.

About Andy Richardson
Andy Richardson has a wealth of expertise across a range of organizations at the CEO, Chair, and non-executive levels, including Chairman of Rubicon Partners, CEO of Arc Specialist Engineering Limited, and CEO of Metalrax Group Plc. He has a strong track record in business transformation, scale-up, and international development in quoted, private equity, and family office ownership structures.
Andy Richardson has a particular interest and expertise in manufacturing transformation, which will be highly relevant to the radical reform program underway within the Group. Andy will take over as Chair of The Remuneration Committee and may undertake some manufacturing consultancy should the need arise.
Andy Richardson holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Engineering degree from Cambridge University.
