– UK, Maidenhead – The Rank Group Plc (LON: RNK) today announced the appointment of Keith Laslop to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1st September 2023.
“We are delighted to welcome Keith to the Rank board. His extensive financial and digital gaming experience will enhance the effectiveness and skillset of our Board and will support our growth strategy. We look forward to working with him over the coming years,” said Board Chair, Alex Thursby.
Keith Laslop will also join the Audit Committee.

Keith Laslop was CFO of Gamesys Group Plc between 2013 and October 2021. Following Bally’s Corporation’s acquisition, he acted as a consultant until March 2023.
