Rambler Metals & Mining welcomes Priya Patil to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Surrey –  Rambler Metals and Mining plc (LON: RMM), a copper and gold producer, explorer, and developer, today announced the appointment of Priya Patil to its Board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

Ms. Patil will be a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation, Corporate Governance, and Nominating Committee.

About Priya Patil

Ms. Patil is a senior public company executive and investment banker with international finance and legal experience spanning over 20 years. For three years she was an independent non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee at Alexandria Minerals Corporation, a TSX-V listed gold exploration company in Quebec, Canada, until it was acquired by O3 Mining Inc. in August 2019. She was global general counsel for mining firms and managing director of investment banking for full-service capital market firms and was the Global Head of Business Development of Diversified Industries covering Financial Institutions; Communications and Media; Real Estate; Utilities and Pipelines; Consumer and Industrial Manufacturing and Services; and Paper and Forest Products at the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange for over two years as the primary contact for pension funds, private equity funds, and pre-IPO corporations.

Ms. Patil currently serves as a director of the Council of the Great Lakes (not for profit) and is a member of the advisory board of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

Ms. Patil is a member of the State Bar of California, the Ontario Bar, and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
