– USA, PA – Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) today announced that Brian Montgomery has rejoined its Board of Directors, effective June 7, 2020, following the completion of his second tenure at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, most recently serving as the Deputy Secretary of HUD.

About Brian Montgomery
A highly distinguished public servant, before his most recent role as Deputy Secretary, Montgomery served as FHA Commissioner from 2005 to 2009 and from 2018 to 2020. He first served on Radian’s board from 2012 to 2017, stepping down upon his appointment to rejoin HUD as FHA Commissioner.

NeighborWorks America is a federally chartered non-profit agency that provides grants and technical assistance to local housing agencies. From 2001 to 2005 Montgomery served in the White House as a Deputy Assistant to the President including serving as Cabinet Secretary from 2003 to 2005.
