– CANADA, Calgary – Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX: QIS) today announced the appointment of Neil McDonnell as its new Chair, succeeding Scot Eisenfelder, who resigned due to other business commitments.
Mr. Eisenfelder will continue as a director of the company and the Corporation.
