– UK, London – Quilter plc (LON: QLT), today announced the appointment of Chris Hill to its Board as an Independent Non-executive Director effective from 7 March 2024.
Chris Hill will also join the Audit Committee and Board Remuneration Committee.
The company also announced that Tazim Essani and Paul Matthews will not seek re-election at the next AGM on Thursday 23 May 2024.
