The Quarto Group appoints COO Ken Fund to its Board of Directors alongside Andy Cumming as Non-Executive Chairman

– UK, London – The Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE:QRT), the leading international illustrated book publisher, has appointed Andy Cumming, the senior independent non-executive director, non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Laurence Orbach has stepped down from his position as executive Chairman and becomes a non-executive director. He is considered by the Company to be non-independent.

Ken Fund, who is Chief Operating Officer for the business and joined Quarto in 1999, has been appointed to the Board as an executive director.
