– UK, Newtown – Quartix Technologies plc (LON: QTX), a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, analytical software, and services, announced the appointment of Ian Spence to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 19 February 2024.
Ian Spence will also join the Nomination Committee as Chair.

He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Megabuyte, a leading company intelligence platform, delivering insights on the financial performance and corporate strategy of UK mid-market tech businesses.
