– UK – QinetiQ Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Searle as a Non-executive Director of the Group with immediate effect. On appointment, Susan will become a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, Risk & CSR and Security Committees. She is the former CEO of Imperial Innovations Group plc. Susan is also a Non-executive Director of Benchmark Holdings plc, an AIM-listed international agricultural biotechnology business.
