About Mark Templeton
Mark Templeton brings extensive leadership experience in the technology industry, having served as president and CEO of Citrix Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2015. During his tenure, he transformed Citrix into a global leader in virtual workspace solutions, growing the company from a single-product business to a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Under his leadership, Citrix expanded its cloud and virtualization offerings, successfully scaling operations to serve millions of users worldwide.
In addition to his time at Citrix, Mark Templeton has held leadership and advisory roles across various technology companies. He served as president and CEO of DigitalOcean, where he guided the company’s cloud computing strategy and growth. Templeton has also been a board member and advisor to numerous technology firms, providing strategic guidance on scaling operations, innovation, and cybersecurity resilience.
Mark Templeton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
