Procter & Gamble announces CEO Jon Moeller to additional role of Chairman of the Board of Directors

– USA, OH –  The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) today announced the appointment of President and CEO, Jon Moeller to the additional role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2022, following the retirement of Executive Chairman David Taylor.

Concurrently, the Board of Directors reappointed Joseph Jimenez as the Lead Director.

About Jon Moeller

Jon Moeller joined P&G in 1988. Before becoming CEO in 2021, he had been an integral part of P&G’s leadership team for well over two decades. Moeller was P&G’s COO, with profit/loss responsibility for P&G’s Enterprise Markets (Latin America, India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe). He also led the company’s Investor Relations, Information Technology, Global Business Services, Sales, Market Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Distribution efforts. Before being COO, he held the role of P&G’s CFO for more than 12 years.
