– UK, London – Premier Miton Group plc (LON: PMI) today announced that Robert Colthorpe will be appointed as Board Chairman on 3 February 2021 succeeding Mike Vogel who has informed the Board that he will not be seeking re-election as Chairman and will retire from the Board.
Robert joined the Board in 2016; he is currently the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Mike Vogel has served as Chairman since 2007 and, in recent years, has overseen the Company’s admission to trading on AIM and the merger of Premier Asset Management with Miton Group.
Mike Vogel, commented “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time chairing the business, supporting the buy-out from Electra, seeing the company grow, our successful AIM IPO and achieving a transformational merger with Miton Group. After over 13 years, I feel the time is now right to step aside and we are very fortunate that we have someone with Robert’s deep experience and expertise to take on the role. I intend to remain as a shareholder in Premier Miton and look forward to sharing in its future success.”
