– USA, TX – Premier Biomedical, Inc. (OTCBB: “BIEI”) announced the addition of K. Adam Dubov to their Scientific Advisory Board effective immediately. Mr. Dubov will report to the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board, and co-founder of the Corporation, Dr. Mitchell S. Felder, MD, and to the President and CEO, William A. Hartman.
Mr. Dubov, an FDA (Food & Drug Administration) Regulatory Expert, has extensive experience with FDA processes for all phases of clinical trials or marketing approval from the FDA. He has been involved with both U.S. military and civilian applications related to the review and submissions for approval of clinical trials for drugs (Investigational New Drugs, Abbreviated New Drug Applications), devices (Non-Significant Risk, Investigational Device Exemptions), biologics (Biological Investigational New Drugs, and biosimilars), combination products, and other articles regulated by the FDA.
Mr. Dubov is a subject matter expert in regulations and guidance for all articles regulated by the Food & Drug Administration, and earned his Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) in December, 2011. Earlier this year, he successfully completed his recertification as an Institutional Review Board Professional (CIP) as an expert in the ethical review and approval of research with human subjects. Additionally, Mr. Dubov is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS), and of Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R), and a member of the Order of Barristers.
Mr. Dubov received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He holds Master of Business Administration (International Finance) from Trident University International, Culver City, California, and will complete the requirements for a Master of Arts in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University, Neiswanger Institute for Bioethics & Health Policy in Chicago, Illinois in the spring of next year.
