PPHE Hotel Group welcomes Stephanie Coxon to its Board as Independent Director

– NETHERLANDS, Amsterdam –  PPHE Hotel Group Limited (LON: PPH), the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announced the appointment of Stephanie Coxon to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective immediately.

The appointment of Stephanie, as well as Nigel Keen earlier this year and Kenneth Bradley in 2019, forms part of a wider commitment to strengthen corporate governance and the Board with fresh independent experience. Following Stephanie’s appointment, the Board now includes four independent non-executive directors.

About Stephanie Coxon

Stephanie will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. This appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

A qualified chartered accountant, with over 15 years of capital market expertise, Stephanie was a capital markets director at PwC where her role included advising asset managers on listing investment funds and real estate investment trusts on the London Stock Exchange.

Stephanie is an independent non-executive director of Apax Global Alpha Limited and JLEN Environmental Assets Group Limited.
