– UK, London – Pollen Street Secured Lending Plc (LON: PSSL) today announced that Mahnaz Safa will be appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2020, following Simon King’s appointment to Chairman.
Mahnaz was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 10 June 2016 and the Senior Independent Director appointment is in addition to her existing role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
