– UK, London – Pollen Street Secured Lending Plc (LON: PSSL) today announced that Stuart Cruickshank has decided to step down as Chairman and Director of the Company and as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Insider Committee.
It has been agreed that Mr Cruickshank’s resignation will take effect from 1 January 2020. Simon King, current Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee, will replace Mr Cruickshank as Chairman of the Company. Mr King will replace Mr Cruickshank as Chair of the Nomination Committee and Insider Committee.
Mr Cruickshank commented: “having taken the organisation from IPO to FTSE 250 membership, this feels like an appropriate moment to step aside as Chairman. I wish the incoming Chairman, Simon King, and the rest of the Board every success in the future.”
The Board would like to thank Mr Cruickshank for his significant and valuable contribution to the Company over the past 6 years and wish him well going forward.
