Polarean Imaging appoints Dan Brague to its Board as Non-Executive Director alongside Board member Ken West named Board Chairman

– USA, NC –  Polarean Imaging plc (LON: POLX), the medical imaging technology company today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director, Ken West as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately, succeeding Jonathan Allis who is retiring from the Board.

The company also announced the appointment of Dan Brague to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Dan Brague will also join the Remuneration Committee as its Chairman.
