– UK, London – Phoenix Group Holdings plc (LON: PHNX) announced the appointment of Karin Cook to the Group Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 25 August 2025.
Karin Cook will join the Risk and Sustainability Committees.
The Group also announced that Belinda Richards will be retiring from the Board on 24 August 2025.
About Karin Cook
Karin Cook is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group’s Life Companies Boards within the Group and a member of its Risk Committee, and SunLife Limited. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of NatWest Holdings Limited and a member of its Board Audit and Remuneration Committees. Karin Cook brings over thirty years of customer-focused, digital, operational, and transformation experience gained from previous leadership roles in multiple large groups (including as COO of Quilter plc, Director, Group Operations at Lloyds Banking Group, and senior roles at HSBC, Morgan Stanl, and Goldman Sachs). Karin Cook commits to diversity, equity, and inclusion and has been recognised in the past in the LGBT Great’s Top 50 Executive Allies, the FT OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model list, and as Stonewall Senior Champion of the Year.
