– USA, CO – PERENfra LLC, an industry-leading water infrastructure company, today announced the addition of Gary Brauchle to its Board of Directors and will be joining the management team as President.
Gary Brauchle will be based in Austin, Texas, and with a growing presence in Texas, PERENfra plans to open an office in Austin.
“Gary has extensive experience in large infrastructure transactions and in building high-growth organizations,” said Founder and CEO, Jeff Nelson. “I have looked to him for guidance over the years, and I couldn’t be more excited to formalize his involvement with PERENfra. I know his leadership and valuable perspective will help guide us through our next stage of growth.”
About Gary Brauchle
Gary Brauchle was most recently the EVP and CFO of Tallgrass Energy where he built a high-performing Finance department that was instrumental in Tallgrass’s multi-year growth and outstanding shareholder returns. Prior to Tallgrass, he served as VP and Chief Accounting Officer at McDermott International, Inc., a global engineering and construction company and also as Corporate Controller previous to that.

Gary is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
