– SOUTH AFRICA, Rosebank – Pan African Resources PLC (LON: PAF |JSE: PAN) today announced the appointment of Dawn Earp to its Board as the lead independent non-executive director and as the chair of the audit and risk committee, subject to regulatory approval.
The company also announced the retirement of Hester Hickey from the board after serving 9 years.
Board Chairman, Keith Spencer said: “Hester has made an invaluable contribution to the Pan African board, and we wish her well in her future endeavors. We also look forward to welcoming Dawn to the board in the near term.”

Ms Earp is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the gold mining industry, having served as CFO of Rand Refinery Limited and as an executive officer of finance at AngloGold Ashanti Limited.
