– UK, Edinburgh – The Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC (LON: PHI) today announced that Edward Creasy will be retiring from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 10 November 2020.
It is intended that Angela Lane will replace him as Audit Committee Chairman and Senior Independent Director.
