Cenkos Securities appoints Andrew Boorman to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Cenkos Securities plc announces the appointment of Andrew Boorman, subject to regulatory approval, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. This appointment is subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval and will take effect on the receipt of regulatory consent.

Andrew has worked with main boards covering remuneration, finance, compliance and risk issues as well as setting business strategies and delivering change management programmes. Andrew held a number of senior roles at Henderson Group Plc over a period of 10 years, latterly as Managing Director, Corporate Services, having previously held the position of Group HR Director at Henderson Group for 8 years. Andrew also sat on the Henderson Group Executive Committee. Prior to this Andrew held a number of Senior Human Resources roles with AMP Group. Since 2013, Andrew has acted as a consultant to a number of businesses within the financial services sector and has advised main boards with a particular emphasis on strategic human resources issues including, governance, risk management and remuneration.
Andrew will Chair the Company’s Remuneration Committee and will also serve on the Audit and Nomination Committees.
