(Nasdaq: OYST), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of first-in-class pharmaceutical therapies to treat ocular surface diseases, today announced the appointment of Board member, Dr. Ali Behbahani, as Board Chair effective immediately, succeeding Dr. Michael Ackermann, who will step down from the Board of Directors. Dr. Ali Behbahani has served as a member of Oyster Point’s Board of Directors since July 2017.
The company also announced the appointment of Mike Atieh to its Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee.
