– UK, Oxford – Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (LON: ONT) announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Kate Priestman to the role of Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
Kate Priestman has been a of the Company since 13 July 2023 and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
