Oshkosh appoints Board member Keith Allman as new Chair of its Board of Directors

– USA, WI –  Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading innovator of purpose-built vehicles and equipment, announced the appointment of current Board member Keith Allman as independent chair of the board of directors, effective at the AGM, succeeding Steve Newlin who is stepping down from the Board.

About Keith Allman

Keith Allman has been president and chief executive officer of Masco Corporation since 2014. He recently announced his retirement, effective July 7, following 27 years with the company. Before Masco, he held leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing, and quality management for General Motors Corporation.
