– UK, Chatham – OSB GROUP PLC (LON: OSB) announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Gareth Hoskin as the Senior Independent Director effective from 1 October 2025, succeeding Noel Harwerth, who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and will not seek re-election at the next AGM.
