– UK, Green Luton – Orchard Funding Group PLC (LON: ORCH), the finance company which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, today announced that Steven Hicks, current Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed new Independent Chairman effective from the 7 October 2020.
Mark Sismey-Durrant, the current Independent Chairman, will leave the Board at the same date.
Steven will continue as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominations Committee and will be appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from the 7 October 2020.
