About Debra Oler
Oler has over 40 years of experience, including as President of North American Sales and Services for W.W. Grainger until 2019. In this role, she integrated Grainger’s US and Canadian businesses into a comprehensive model. As President of Grainger US from 2014-2017, Oler designed and executed Grainger’s first vertical P&L segmentation with supporting go-to-market strategy, tools, and training. She was also part of the small executive team that created and launched a new competitive pricing structure and rollout covering 1.7M products. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, she gained extensive experience with investor and analyst communication.
Before Grainger, Oler served as Alliant Foodservice Inc.’s first female P&L leader as President of the Chicago operating business.
She was named a 2019 Most Influential Corporate Director by WomenInc. magazine.
